DiabloMU server Assessment

Hello!
My ingame name is "Kainon"

Im C++ programmer and I love MU, Im playing it for many years. I d like to give own opinion about this MU.

Disadvantages:
1. Big server is separated in 4 sections (2 non-pvp and 1 pvp and sure VIP) - This is not good, thats why no so much players here. I had no purpose in my gameplay here - NO PVP means game for lvl-up and dress-up. 3 serparated partitions must be collected in 1, so 1 pvp and 1 vip

2. Too difficult webpage, and i donno, but seems to be SQL between server data and webhost doesnt talk well. Hard to join that server. I saw this server couple month earlier, but I quit then because of that web loading.

... This was biggest problems i saw, litle ones I will not comment such as (for BK, MG in shop u can buy twisting slash, but no evil spirits for SM, or there are 1000 new weapons for BK, but nothing for summoner) and many more...

Advantages:
1. Very good admins (discovered simply that Im full BOT very fast :speak_cool: :clapping:, I can only congratulate this people, usually my code is hard to discover, Im renewing it all the time :lighten

2. Very nice outfit to all classes... weapons, sets (a lot of work was done, its tantalizing :thumbup: )

3. Stats made to 65k and difficult to get stats is great :thumbup1:

I think thats all that I wanted to say, so now Im leaving this server. Sure not because my character was blocked, but because its "Im sorry" boring!

We ll see each other maby in some other planet in our big space called "Internet"

it was just non-pvp and vip up until just recently but for request of us,players pvp sub was reopened.

4th sub is event server where maps like barracks and loren deep are.

and if you've read what that popup sign on main site says now you should know its being moved to european servers from american in order to make it faster.

sm spells are rather easy to find...atleast i didnt have any problems when i searched for mine,just had to know the right place to look for em.lost tower1&7 + arena

about custom items...well certain someone has been winning maya event all the time and keeping the boxes until reaching 100...thatswhy the market kind of lacks custom items at the moment,not because there isnt any.

 

But do u agree that with no purpose there is no interesting to play, I mean competition with some bad guy who killed you many times, and now u need to faster reach him and kick his ass Not just show your new items, and stay in some location to show all around how awesome you are... This game is not made for fasion, but for mad PvP. Trust me, if here would be pvp server, it would be full of players, and much much more fun here! I m asking whos rocking here? Whos the best? Only one way to figure that out!

 

The Website will be changed in a few days, the new one is almost done for DiabloMu.

Purpose? Here's a thought... you could make your own guild, help your guild members to become very strong and kick everyone else at castle siege,...

There could be numerous reasons to play,... to each his own i suppose.

You are with eagle eye dude, :thumbup: I ll say, game would be much better if everywhere would be admins as you are. Because in game would be equality between players, I mean everyone are in the same position. The game was created for no AFK, so no auto-moveing, picking, killing, spamming.. etc. :rotflmao:


Castle siege is my favorite part in this game, its magnificent. But like game itself, it must have own important purposes (example is: there drops ancient items, but doesnt drop excellent; There is only one hide place from enemy, "non-pvp" area)


I v been 3 times MU admin myself. Admin is responsible for everything and player for nothing. Admin is working hard to make player happy, player usually wount say even thank you. Everyone have a choise, but I m happy taking about that :tongue_smilie:

 

Not autolooting... full botted character was Kainon, he leveled since 1 to 400 himself. Like you I love to create things, because people like me have no so much time. I d like to make bot that behave like real player But real game without bots is sure much much more interesting! Good that admin cought me, this "Kainon" was only test! You didnt understand that I wanted to say about competiotion. PVP is part of this game! If you are involved in guild, and you afraid to attack your enemy because of guildwar, and if it starts, then all guildmates are trying to save you - that is real "pvp server" (imotions, friendship, cool online), but not that you say - duels, battlesoccers... I want to say that pvp is much much more interesting that non-pvp And forget player called "Kainon" and why he was caught for, hehehe....

 

are you sure about that? how can the admins do their job if they dont have players to manage, and how can players play right if there's no admins to guide them or even a server provided by the admins?:nono: it takes two to tango man, a server will not survive without players and good admins.

your purpose in this game is to be strong ALONE and your just one sided!!! But let me ask you, can you take the throne all by yourself in CS? this game is built to gain friends, you cant maximize the use of this game if your alone. :speak_cool::speak_cool::speak_cool:

 

That sentence mean that admin is responsible for all "data", but palyer comes only to play there, and he doesnt care about that. And if admin done hes job well, then he has many players to manage. (server advertisment) Admin can be smart, and very good, but server survives not because them, but people like you "donatiors", and closes because spammers and hachkers (usually SQL data bombers)


to be strong alone for what? for who? for CS? and what for I need take CS (sure cant alone) if nobody wount kill me anyways in arena or any other location. I would not go on CS. Best you can do now... show your new items to friend! hehehe

 

Dont mistake Admins for Game Masters, there is a fine line between those titles.

The Admin takes care of the game side as well as the srv side...file data management etc.
The Game Masters on the other hand are charged with player entertainment, support, guidance, and obedience.

We don't mixe these titles, each has it's own importance in mentaining a community as specially as big as ours.

 

Hehe... I know that. Simple, admin is admin, game master is same player but with higher rank given by admin.
