Resets gone

Hello! I logged in with BM(Elther) and HE(Nemain) to make my rr ( I have 28-29 on BM and 15-16 on HE) after making them and going put the points (always on site), I saw that I had 500 free points and only one rr... After site I checked also in game to see if it was a web site problem but still the same, lvl 1 and 500 points... :dizzy: Please fix it!

 

I had the same problem with my bk. Contact Seph on team speak, he'll fix it right away

I logged out after reaching 2 char to 400 the day before and the next day logged in on web site rr them and put stats (I hadn't time to log in Mu and play, so just prepared them)

 

Yes, but the elf had less rr than bk so I don't think that the problem is the specific number of rr... Yes they are, the next time I will calculate first and add them all in one time(ofc I am staying all time in web site until put them all)! Is it possible to be hack or something like it?

 

These were the last logs. Yes, both have the same problem! Hm, I don't remember exactly the rr but as I saw from last logs, bm must had 29 and he 17 before the rr attempt.

I think i know what caused this. Its most likely because you had your two accounts open in web as in two explorer or two tabs.
In my case i think i had my secondary Mu account open in account panel while i went on a new window to go to the website to log in as my primary Account for the reset.

Basically Elther or in my case had two accounts open in account panels, and some data conflict might have caused this.

 

In my case no, because I never do this! I always log in on site with one of my two characters. So it is something else... :confused1:
