Quest, Wing, Jewel Help

First, where i get scroll of the emperor and the broken sword? Don't tell me Arena, tell me what monsters too.
Second, I got jewel of chaos and chaos dragon axe(usual one) but i cant make wings. What items do i need for it?
And third, where can i get jewel of bless and soul the fastest?

the wing making guide is wrong...it didnt worked...i already did the quest now. still hoping to get answers about the jewels, where do i get bless and soul the best? so far i only got 1 soul from D3

 

It is, look the guide, there is no shop at Devias that sells chaos weapon, and i cant put chaos dragon axe in the mixing box. So it MUST be wrong?

 

i hate it to correct u but your guide is ripped from another guy ;P cause u dont have chaos weaps in store in devias so u need to make these items by yourself

but to make chaos weapon u need a item +4 and with option +4 minimum best thing is to get some golden medals drop them and u mostly got what u need to make the chaos weapon

 

i got exc dragon axe and usual one put i cant put them into the mixing box. they just wont stay in. can anyone help me in-game? my ign is madknight

 

1. take items +7+add from the shops--add what from shops? :S
2. go to noria ( chaos goblin )--yer...
3. press 2nd combine option--yer...
4. Combine the items+1 chaos = chaos weapon--does the weapon has to be +7? i got +0 and chaos exc weapon, but cant use them!

Noria shop.
Get items +7+option from there. Use middle option on the chaos machine. 4 items +7+option and 1 chaos jewel = 100% chance chaos weapon.
Do this until you get one +4+option (or lower and make it +4+option). Exe chaos weapons do not create wings.
Then, put the chaos weapon +4+option in the top option on the chaos machine.
Add 4 items +7+option from the npc, just like creating chaos weapon, then add one chaos.
100% level 1 wings. Random => you can get elf, Dk and Dw wings.
This guide is for level 1 wings.

For level 2 wings, use top option on the chaos machine, put inside the following:
level 1 wings , 1 blue feather and 1 chaos. You will get a low %. To make the % bigger, you can add one or more excelent items +4+option (or higher) and/or the lvl 1 wings +3,4 etc.
Think of the % increase as you see the zen value of an excelent item when selling to the NPC. The more zen you get, the more % you get. (so exe pad gloves +4+4 = about 5% more chances while exe great dragon boots +4+4 = alot more % increase)
The maximum % is 90%. This means it can still fail!

it says in davias somone coled thompson ithing sells chaos items and actualy ther is not such thing..
eather i dont get it corectly ether he who made that guid is a dush...

 

The guide is from the old version of diablo mu, when we had version 99.62T, about 2 years ago. Didn't get the chance to update it yet. You can still use the guide here, you just have to read the whole post. (hard to think that if there isn't a NPC selling it you have to make it yourself? why do you THINK there is a 'Chaos weapon combination" button in the chaos machine?')
