White name on ALL dropped items

I did a search and didn't find anything that way so I came here to ask... Why are all items dropped white named, including exc items, jwls, ect.

Normally exc items are green named and jwls are yellow named, but for some reason they only show their true color when I put my cursor over them.... Is this something that can be fixed? And if so then how?

It just makes it difficult to spot jwls and almost impossible to spot exc items that are dropped. The only way I spot jwls with it this way is because the jwl names are in bold.

Thanks sunrise, I'll probably just uninstall the whole game and then reinstall to see where that gets me... Hopefully I don't end up having to play that way because I hate only being able to spot exc items when its too late and they are about to disappear.

 

do you have vista? because myself, and multiple of my friends have the same problem, it appears to be fine on xp, but vista is all white names

 

indeed, vista = no problems, be sure to have the full client, not the anti-lag one, as Sephi already mentioned...
that may very well be the problem

 

me on vista also, its ok, although i used to have this problem oin the past on XP
after reinstalling windows it worked i reinstalled from other reason not this particulare one
