Website down today

Dear Sephi/anyone in charge,

I was unable to access the website for reset today from +8 GMT around 10 am in the morning to 5 pm in the afternoon and I could not make resets and was delayed. Pl look into it I'm not sure if there are similar threads anywhere as far as I know there isn't. My vip time was wasted as a result. It showed that cache was offline or something and when server is down they use recorded caches or something. So pl check this problem out.

But I believe since you say that server website was still accessible but slow I assume that it is up and still counting VIP time. I'm not sure enlighten me on that.
And also, I probably misunderstood about the point that when website is down VIP time is still being counted, so thanks for letting me know.
The point is that I was also looking from my char in-game and that my seal time was counting down so I probably misunderstood because of that. But either way, I'm still losing the ability to RR and my seal time at the same time, so I know that this is a small problem. But solving the problem, no matter how small you see it, and compensation is only what I'm looking at. Nothing more or any advantages.
