Web site login problem

    I am trying to log in on website and I keep getting this message "The User ID or Password you have entered is incorrect. " I checked pass and user name many times and still the same error, I can log in on server and play but not on website...

    It works for me, clear ur cookies and try again.

    I deleted everything on firefox and on chrome, still not working...

    same problems 4 me

    PS i use mozilla and when i try to use internet explorer muguard kick me out of game

    Same problem here... i can log in to the game but on the website i keep getting the message:

    "The User ID or Password you have entered is incorrect.
    Log In System is case sensitive and further log in attempts failure will result to the inability to log in to the website for 15 minutes.
    You have used 4 out of 5 login attempts. In case you used the allowable 5 login attempts and still unable to provide correct information, Log In Protection will disable the log in for 15 Minutes."

    I tried and worked once only from my mobile phone... ^^ Nothing on my laptops!

    I've tried together with some other players over 10 different accounts and we got no problem


    Try password recovery and if it's not working PM me with acc name and a new password you want. But try recovery first

    I have tried that too, but it doesn't works for me...i think the password that i have chosen is to long, and i can't type the entire word on the pass box, and when i try the recovery password section, is the same problem, the answer that i have chosen for the secret question is to long, and i can't type the entire word again.. and i cannot recover my password.

    indeed recovery working, but change passw no, he stoped at step 2. Sending Confirmation Mail, Unable to proceed your request, reason: could not connect to SMTP Server, please contact administrator.

    Password changed.

    I've reduced the register fields to -2 chars + added a char limit so there won't be any problems with those who overpass max size of password


    @saruman, try again now. I've changed the SMTP server to google business mail

    I've tested it and I've got the mail after 5 sec. Maybe u wrote wrong the mail when u did the account.
