Stuck at level 396 after devin quest started

Hi people, i've got a problem with my BK. I started the first part of the Devin 3rd class mastering quest at lvl 395 when i found out that it was from lvl 380 up.
Just before i picked up the last quest item, a flame of knight thing, i got level 396. When i went back to Devin, he gave me the 10 stat points and said to come back when stronger. which i assume is at 400 lvl.
I have been killing in kalima 6 for about 3 hrs now and my exp bar has not moved from 0. I have tried re-logging, swapping characters, let the golds kill me and nothing seems to help.

PLEASE can anyone help??

 

Ok so i logged out for half an hour, logged back in and seems to work now.
If an admin fixed it, thank you very much! and if it just happened to come right by itself then thats good too shame i lost the 3 hrs killing in kalima6

 

i have same prb after we passed from lvl 391 at 392 i cant make exp i must to relog on srv, from lvl 392 at 393 same prb.......will se from 393 at 394

bar from exp always stay at 9 and when bar its finish full i made 1 lvl and bar way back at 9 and again, for a while i make 1 lvl and bar start from 10 and i cant made exp.......

 

I have the same problem as Saruman with my EXP bar after making 3rd quest. Really interested for an fix.

yeah my exp bar is the same, only uses the last coupe of notches on the 9th bar per level.

The counter in the character screen does not count up either. When you get a level the number changes but not as you gather exp.

SephiroTH - I have searched and haven't found anything on how to fix this. Some mentions of the problem but no fix that has worked so far for me. Can you enlighten us as too the fix please?

 

yes i am still leveling. Is the exp bar just broken after doing the 3rd quest? No fix?

Man if u can still lvl , why all this hustle?
Everyone's character has the same issue at the bigger levels.
So what if the bar keeps on going? Just use this trick, 1 level = 2,5 segments of the bar,one bar has 10 segments, so 4 lvls in one bar. so now u know u will know how much untill next lvl.

 

sorry, i did not realise that everyone has this problem. I honestly tried searching before posting this thread, but generally all the threads didn't have an answer.

Thank you for clarifying this and i will just ignore the exp bar from now on.
