    not think that the intention should be penalized ??that guy try but, should be penalized case but no effect ???

    probably they use new accounts for cheat...so ban is not the right thing..at least they can`t succeed cheat :D

    Yea the 1 thing is good here is that they didnt successed they're cheating... but hey they always can get ip ban ;DD xDD at least for 10 days...
