Similar lvl-up problem

Tonight i voted when i was on lvl 349 and i became lvl 399, BUT expierence drop to lvl 1.
Now on my expierence bar is shown 1,292,000,000/3,822,000,000 after 20-30 mins grind.I started from 999,999,999/3,822,000,000.And i cant res never.My friend voted on 350 but he didnt receive 250 points .Pls guys check your voting system.And can any admin help me with my problem?Char:Whisky

 

I dont know Sephi, im voting through your link, logging there, choosing char and press vote.
Dont know whats wrong.I'll vote as anonymous already.Dont want to mess up my chars anymore.

Well, i have exactly same problem like avi (we r RL friends).I dont know where is the problem, we r both from BG, but different providers.I also voted on lvl 349, because someone said me that i must be under 350, otherwise its bugged.But my exp is also too low, i need around 2bilions exp to lvl 400 and i dont think its correct.Pls check my account, my char name is Cain.

I've voted several times while being +350 ( yeah I know, I lose some stats) but it has been all fine.

I seems to have the bug as well, It seems level 300 + is buged with the voting system.
Therefor i just don't vote for my main Character, i vote for my sub character that i am not leveling. Therefor no Exp problem there ^_~
