reporting bug

    Dear Sir/Mdm

    I need your urgent help. I have just started my BK character and i just got to lvl400. When I try to reset via website, it reflected mentioning that 'none of your character can be reseted'. I believe it might be a bug, therefore i hope you guys can help me to check it out.

    My information as follow:

    id: dumdave
    char: oIPHONEo
    lvl: 400
    Reset: 0

    U need 3 million zen for reset ;) If I remember it correctly.
