    i tried using higher refining stone.. its a success but when i clicked on my item to see it, its still zero %.. i tried to relog but its still zero%..
    im trying to add % on my item that has increase damage decrement.thanks...

    U mean 0% ddi ? Lol :) The minimum shud be 3%.. Plz explain more :p

    It s like that: Damage Decreament increase 0% , it happened to me too.
