Question about seals!

Well i've bought like 4 seals, for normal lvls and i was thinking. If i do the quest and i became the 3rd class, the seal wont work on master lvls, like beyond 400 or if i reset it won't work from 1 to 400 ethier?

I ask this because i didn't think about it too much and i could do the 3rd quest right now, but idk if i still have the seal of normal lvls it will work from 1 to 400 and it wont for master lvls only after 400.

Thank god i didn't do it! I have 4 more spare seals so i'll become 3rd class in 4 days xD
