Prob At Voting Page?

This has happened twice to me.
I went to vote, at the point where u choose which of ur chars will gain 25lvl,i pressed the vote button, my explorer (Firefox) begun to receive the next screen (green bar down right) but no character was selected, i pressed Esc to choose my character and pressed again the vote button, only that this time it loaded the screen that says "u have already voted, vote again" and the time it said was 12 hours after that moment. So far vote counted w/o voting but no level bonus was gained. :\

Dunno if u can use the vote button before choosing the character or if it was a bug, please check into this.
