   can anyone tell me why i cant see preist devin in crywolf, restarted mu, pc and reinstall game nothibg works, my brother from another pc cant see too ????

   It can be found in Crywolf.
   
   Remember that Crywolf NPCs will dissapear if the event is not completed so this is the reason why you cannot see it. Gather some people for Crywolf Event and you'll be able to find Priest Devin afterward.
   
   
   We'll also add him in lorencia but only after a server reload or reboot so in the coming future. Until then it's spawned as default
