hello sir, i'd like to ask your help about my character(nieves). i think i've distributed my stats wrongly... all my skill doesnt work. everytime i use any of my skills specially nova and ES these is what shows up - you are not allowed/cannot use the skill. hoping that you could help me out sir... thank you very much......

 

Maybe You Are Lack Of Level To Use Ur Skill, Like Bk's Skill...
