pls help disconnected while combining

hi admins,

Im doing this for my guild mate who asked me to help out... as he still gets confused on how to post SS. he provided me with the SS's. His problem was that he lost his +12 level 3 BK wings because of a disconnection while trying to combine.
his Character is : SEXES

as you can see in the 1st screen shot below. SEXES was about to upgrade his level 3 wings to +13 from +12.. he was still putting the jewels in the chaos machine and still did not press the combining process as can be seen.. the timestamp is 20_18 for this SS1


here in the 2nd Screen shot as shown below.. SEXES as can be seen got disconnected before he could finish the process of combining (as can be seen in the chaos machine .. "Improper Items for combination". In this SS you can see the tips of his wings can still be seen. The timestamp is also 20_18 for this screenshot.

hope you could help him out.. he did present the required SS and it really shows that he did not loose the wings because Goblin took it away.. but rather he got disconnected..

im simply amazed how someone starts making screenshots while using chaos machine :|...i dont realise why?

 

yeah thats kind a verry big coincidence, but maybe he was just caucios dunno still verry big coincidence

 

This incident can be verifyied in the game logs. So the mu masters will know better what happened.

This is the biggest bug ever seen in the game. No version of muonline solved this problem yet.

Got disconnected, lost everything u had in the machine

 

hey guys...
coincidence or not... maybe he took the effort to make SS.. as this is always being told to players to have SS...

and when he went to combine he made an effort to make a SS for proof.. unlike most players.. we (including me) usually dont...

just my thoughts...

 

i usually take screen shot of my combination at chaos machine, its only to "save" something in case that goblin will not succeed , anyway admins allways claim for screenshots when u report something so u cant know if u ll get dc or not but allways take the proofs just in case ^^.

 

Please admins help me!!! it's me SEXES.... i took the screen shots because i want others to see that I'm really the 1 who made the wing and turn it to +13, but unlucky that's what happen... (luckily i took a screen shot of it)
yeah maybe you think it's a coincidence, but even though i wont get the wing back it's OK at least i give others an idea so when it happen to them they know what to do, Ardeal maybe you'r right but I'm still hoping... because i know if it happens to other player they will also do the same thing like i do.

(FYI: I don't know how to put the screen shots that's why ask for the help of my guild mates.)
