   I heard many changes is been to do since start this version, so i think exp drop is constant but how much is cm rate for all types of items and how big % is to generate 3 option item??

   There is no rate or percentage for 3 options items drop. Thats totally random.
   The config related to options is about the max you can get from a drop being normal monsters, bosses, boxes. The actual config reffers to exec items drop generally.
