[NOTICE] New Events Guide

Here are some new events that NightRider and I (JoeDirt) thought of...please take a look and share what you think about them. All of them are Tournament style.


Pk Tournament

To register for this event you need to bring one bless or one soul to the GM that is specified when the event starts. When everyone is done registering, we will make the random teams between classes. To qualify for the next round you need to win 3 out 5 matches against your chosen opponent.
Tournament requirements:
Set Weapon
BK Red Dragon Gladius
MG Red Dragon Gladius
SM Legendary Legendary Staff
Elf Spirit Guardian Bow
DL Scale Scepter
You cand use only lvl 1 and lvl 2 wings
All the items are to be bought from the store. No rings or pendants are allowed. The final winner will recive all the jewels acummulated plus 1 Box and 1 Bok.


Scavenger-Find-Scramble Fusion

No registration fee required for this event. The way this works is:
There are 2 GM`s involved. Both of them are hiding on separate maps. I will give an example of how the event goes.
JoeDirt and NightRider are the 2 GM`s involved. We both hide. I (JoeDirt) give you the name of a item on Global (ex: Find Sphinx Boots +2). You have to go find that item. After you find the item, you have to find NightRider and give him the item. After you give him the item, if it's the correct item, he will give you a scrambled word. You have to put the letters in the correct order, and then find me (JoeDirt), and tell me the correct word.
We will have 2 winners in this event. The prizes will be:
1st Place : 3 Bok+5, 1 Candy box
2nd Place : 2 Bok+4, 1 Candy Box

Hunt Event

As the name suggests, this will be a hunting event.
The event will take place on a map decided by the Admin.
The players that wish to participate will be the hunters.
All items are allowed, including items from donations and shops.
All spells and skills are allowed. Party is allowed. The players will have to kill the prey
which is a special character called "Prey" - a Blade Knight with Imperial Set - all optins ( except reflect )
The Prey will be released on the specified map when the event starts, at an unknown location.
The players will have to hunt down the prey and kill it ( pk ).
The first player that kills the prey will be the winner ( only the player will be rewarded regardles if he is a member of a party )
All hunting strategies are allowed including hunting in pack ( with party ) or individual ( single player ).

Other details:
The Prey will not use warp.
The Prey will not be equiped with a weapon, thus unable to retaliate.
The Prey will be equiped with a shield which will use in case of need. ( defense skill allowed)
The Prey will be allowed to use only Potions of Life and Swell Life.

The prize for this event is : 4 boxes ( different boxes ) at the admin's choice

When announcing the event, the admin should refer to it as: Hunt Event

Note! The Prey is not allowed to show any players the set or any items that he has equiped!
Note! The event is held once avery 2 days.

Rena Event

This is avery simple event. It's dedicated to low level players, so the map used will be a low level map ( noria or lorencia )
The admin performing the event will be equiped with a full inventory of rena.
The players that will participate at this event will have to gather near the admin.
After all the participating players are near the admin, he will drop all the renas from his inventory and the players will have to gather as much as they can.
After all the renas are gathered, the winner is decided as the player ( players ) with the most gathered renas.

Other details:
After all the renas are gathered, the players participating will state their gathered number of renas.
The player that states the most number of renas is declared the winner.
In case that 2 or 3 players state the same number, we will have 2 or 3 winners.
The admin must verify the stated number of renas that a player gathers. ( The player must show the admin all the renas that he has gathered )

The prize for this event is : 2 boxes ( different ) at the admin's choice

When announcing the event, the admin should refer to it as: Rena Event

Note! The event is held once avery 2 days.

Black Jack Event

The Rules are :

1. The admin sustaining the event chooses a number ( example 21 - the basic BlackJack number, but can choose any number : 24, 27 , 30 ... )
2. Then a number of items must be chosen ( example 4 , 5 ,6 ... )
3. The players must find and show the admin 4 ( 5, 6 ... ) items with + option, that sum up 21 ( or the first number chosen )

( example : item +3, item +11, item +4, item +3 = 21 )
items with +0 are not taken into consideration

The number of winners and the prizes are decided by the admin.

When announcing the event, the admin should refer to it as: Black Jack Event

 

The rules of the event are as follows:

The admin sustaining the event choses a number of Drop Boxes ( Heart of Love, Firecracker, Gold Medal, Silver Medal, Red Ribon Box ... ) which the players have to gather and bring to the admin. ( offcourse more difficulty can be added by including items harder to find )
( this works in combinations, for example: 3 Heart of Love , 2 Gold Medal, 2 Red Ribbon Box )

The combination, number of items, number of winners and prises are chosen by the admin.

Note ! This event works great in combination with Hide and Seek event.
example: The admin states the rules of the event and hides on a map ( eventually with a disguise ring ). The players participating must also find the admin after gathering the items.

When announcing the event, the admin should refer to it as: Box Event ( regardless if in combination with Hide and Seek )

 

Hide and Seek Event

The event should run as it follows:

The admin sustaining the event hides on a random map ( at his own will) and the players must find him.

Options:
1. the admin can hide using a disguise ring / without a disguise ring
2. the admin can state the map on which he is hiding / not state the map
3. the prise given to the winner is influenced by options 1 and 2 ( mentioned above )

The number of winners is 1 ;
Prize and hiding maps are decided by the admin.
