Normal Item +13

    is it possible to make normal non-exc non-ancient item to +13? i seem to fail everytime.

    Yes,it is.But being lucky in real life also helps.
    Oh,and if the item has luck and add,this will also increase your chances of succes.

    oh? if it has +16 def it will increase the success rate? isnt it capped at 70%?

    It really is capped at 70%,but it's all about real life luck.
