New account, can't log in

Hello, I just made an account and can't log into the web site. I reset my password couple of times, and used the new one but still can't log in. All help will be appreciated.

Edit: I was able to register and log in the low rate server, my problems is the account in the x100 rate server.

 

Well, since you we're playing the low rate server, and trying to play in the Medium server using the same account, that will not happen, but if you we're actually trying to register in the medium server and can't access with your Medium server account, I guess that will be the website's problem.
