multivault bug

    All my stuff from vault 1 has been cloned into vault 2. There is now an extra copy for each item from vault 1 in vault 2. All my stuff from vault 2 is gone.
    Anyway to get stuff back from vault 2 that dissapeared?

    send an email to [email protected] including all details such as acc name, char name items from vault 1 and 2 with their opts, a picture if you have one, the date and time when you stored the items and when you noticed this. Though it's weird since you are the only one that has this glitch and didn't happend to anyone else

    No replies....

    [email protected] did not reply to my wifes inquiries. She hasn't been able to use vault 2 for a week now. She has a 2nd jewel of guardian she didn't pay for (was cloned). What should we do with it. I told her to just start using the vault 2 that bugged.
    From your reply we felt like you implied either there was really no problem, or we were trying to cheat. We are (or were) donators. Now we are very unhappy.

    being a donor has nothing to do with the 2nd vault since extra vaults are free of charge and there is the fact that this is not a common problem or something to be heard of from another player.
    Most ppl are in vacantion now so thats why the answer comes slower as i can't handle each and everything around here, thats why we got help for that.

    I'll check the logs by myself hopefully tomorrow when i'll get some free time at my work place

    Thank you for looking into it..
    my last post i did not weigh my words well, I was upset and feeling a bit like i wasn't being taken serious, perhaps because me and lumous are new players? which is why i brought up the donator part.
    No hurry, either. We recently moved most of her vault equip from her vault to my elf char and my vault, so she has room for awhile without needing to use vault 2.
    Am glad to know it will be looked into, thanks again.

    As i had time to check logs just the previous night i am still doing it at this moment since it's a total pain in the ass because the items were overwrited int he 2nd vault
