    The combinations for LvL 3 wings ( 2%- Condor Feather, 1%, etc ) are just a visual rate of client for globalmu.

    Read the guides to find out the true rate and how to create lvl3 wings !

    And the most important. You DON'T need to make 3rd class to wear wings LvL 3 !

    You can wear LvL3 wings at 2nd class ( Overlord, Paladin, SharpShooter, Emperor, Cleric )
