Regarding the KS, it seems like only on 2 ss out of all those SwordMage looks like he is going to hit, on others he is just standing there, facing different directions. Even if there was KS, the report is still improper, because according to the RULES: Note: The time interval between the screens with the KS-er have to be at least 3 minutes. In this case, the time interval between the screens is 1 minute on average. The whole situation closes within 5 minutes, so according to the above rules there shouldn't be even 2 screens documented yet. Not to mention the fact that these screens were edited, which should disqualify them from the start.
In those rules, JimmyCool say: "Print1 - 1 Minute interval ... Print2 - 2 Minute interval", so me and other people who don't speak very good english, we understand that 3 minutes are between first and last photo.. Time interval is good. Bres, the time interval has to sum a total of 3 minutes so this is fine. He just posted multiple screenshots on a 1 min interval instead of posting just two of them on a 3 min interval. You can always take from his report the 2nd and the 4th screenshot and you'll understand what I meant. But as he said we don't accept edited screens as proof, so please post the original screens. Don't worry we dont punish ally/guild chat. Is something normal on full agi to not see MGs spirits, but if u look closer u will see them in second, fifth and last screen, so he clearly attacking the spot. I recommend you that next time stop attacking the spot when you report someone. #GodSkill and romanul warned. Only GMs and players involved can post here.

Greetings. I'd like to defend myself here, since i was that MG. (i apologise if im doing something wrong, but i think i have the right to post in this section when the report is against me). First of all, i never ksed or at least intended to ks anyone. this spot was given to me by Morrigan, a summoner of my alliance, when she was ready to reset. at the time we "swaped" there was no other player arround. I have no screenshot about it though since i didnt find it neccesary to take by that time, as i was doing nothing wrong. Now, i have an explanation about the screenshots. I had autopick Zen activated by the time i was at the spot, so i imagine by the time Leonard came at the spot, my character was a bit away, looting some zen of a mob that died a bit far from the spot, leaving the spot temporarily, giving Leonard the chance to take a clear screenshot that none was at the spot. I have all the good will to believe that leonard wasnt just waiting for the right moment to take this clear screenshot and accuse me, so i will just assume he arrived at the spot when my mg was looting those zen and thought that i indeed came there after him and start ksing him. In that case, i wish to apologise for the missunderstanding to Leonard, and i ask for him to understand the situation i explained above, as i never intend to ks him. If a punishment will be given to me, so be it. i know the rules and i try to respect (and will keep trying to respect) them from the moment i log my character in the server till the moment i log off. Yes that may also happen, since the alone on spot screen and the one when you start ks-ing has a 2 min interval or could be less if he wait 2 min to do that screen. But on another side u could lie us, so first im gonna talk to gix and i will come with a decision after. Untill then thread will be closed to avoid useless spam.
I took some time to check the logs because it looked suspicious to me when his guy Leonard started to play stupid with Jimmy and said that he defends this certain member and this is why he didn't banned him while being quite agitated about that. Well, like it or not none of us cares of who is the reporting player or the one that is being reported but I know, it's a lot easier to play stupid and blame someone else whenever the MM doesn't agree with you. By the way Baroda, it's a good thing that you defended yourself and from now on take a print whenever you're on a spot and even better reduce your looting radius. In this case, checking logs was easy so we got all the proofs we needed. The story? The guy saw that you are auto-looting zen quite far from your spot and thinked that it's a good idea to have someone banned for nothing and have some fun so yes, this report is FAKE and he will be punished for what he tried to do here. Just a small sample of some funny conversation while he was talking about the guy he reported and his plan on making up this KS report: LeoRo: ca el fuge dupa zen si mai dispare -- Translate: He loots after zen and he gets out of LeoRo: din ecran -- Translate: the screen area LeoRo : ce malefic sunt ) -- Translate: I'm so evil ... LeoRo: si fac print cu spotu gol -- Translate: I'll do a print with the spot being free DonBaxter: Da , da sa ai poza cu spotu gol -- Instructing how to be a jerk. Also if you didn't knew, the log files shows the exact coordinates of the player and if he is leveling in that area or not. Once you start taking his place and hitting the mobs you'll start being monitored as well so obviously you couldn't come there before him once he was already on that spot. Now I wonder if you are evil or just a jerk with no respect for other players? This is an example for everyone that will try to do such thing as fake reports. The punishments will be rough! LeoRo Punishment: 7 Days for the pathetic thing you did here + 3 Days for your stupid PM towards Jimmy saying that we defend the member that you tried to stag and because you tried to hide your bragging about this situation in your screens. DonBaxter Punishment: 3 Days for encouragement and instructing for a fake report. Do this one more time and it's going to be the end for you on this server. PS: If I'll receive just a single complain or rude word from your side during your ban, you will be hardly punished. Don't even think that your friends are just your friends.
