As you can see on the screenshots, the user has been warned multiple times. You might ask why i did not accept to party with him. As you can see, he is a member of an oposing alliance of mine, wich actualy hunts and kills weak members of my own alliance, i believe i had every reason not to party with him. Thanks for your time.

EDIT: i'll also like to add that the user start ksing before asking for party. He only asked for party when he realised i wasnt afk and i was about to report him. Yet he didnt stop ksing me, he even keeps ksing me as we speak ^^

 

Enemy alliance or not when a player comes and ask for party and you refuse him he can ks you legally.
