i dont ks i was afk all day cuz i was at work... and as i know afk i allowed i can say to that he ksem not me..eh so why u banned me?
i didnt see in any screenshot how he ks you.. no magic atack or anything.. so i believe him that he isnt ks you.. lol..
and i dont ks him too... if afk is allowed and i was at work.. so tell me how can i stop ks or accept party if i was afk?? i can do same thing find him on s1 make full party on his spot and write no ks.. and make ss

Stationary on an ocupaited spot (Rule available ony on NoN PvP Servers) Stationary of one or more player in an occupaied cage by a full party it is not allowed.In order to make the prove of such fact you need a minimum 2 screens that have a difference of 3 minutes.For this infraction the account is suspended for 3 days. A spot occupied by a full party can be take over only according to the rulle of AFK In an illegal KS/takeover (full party ks-ing/taking over another full party's spot) all the members of the offending party will be punished. In the situation of arena's cages, all players from party must be inside the cage. In the situation of others map's spots, the componence of the party and the presence must be visible in print. Getting out from the cage or leaving the spot, of one or more players, brings the risk of a pk or take over. Only in cases when one or more players from party have no reset, they can stay away from spot but not to a far distance and not outside the cage. At least 2 prints have to be taken: 1) while atacking alone on the spot and 2) when the KS/PK occurs. Additional prints may be taking while shooting alone (with your party) on the spot. A player cannot let AFK shooting alone on a spot if by this action he KS a party full.

dudek just take screen shots when you leave for afk...on your spot alone and then if this happends again you have proof you were there first alone
Guys, it does not matter that he was there 1st. Full party has the right to kick a single player of the spot. Why is this so hard to understand? Leave it AFK on server 2!
funny but where is screenshot when he and his party was exping alone on spot? maybe some changes in rulez? coz now its quite unfair. I know Dudek and im sure he's not ks that ppl. But its good idea. Create party with some players, search for afk player and start exping on his spot -.- Later just said he was afk our full pt lol. Fair as shit -.-
YUp Dudek was afk from morning i belive he was first also becouse i saw him.. And ko55ak have right here also u can ban .. but ppl should make full report ... it is unfair ill go on 1st server and ill report some1 for ksing and that i was ksing doesnt mattrer becose i reported him not he me ... no coments ^^ helpfull and nice gms / admins ... think about that.. ;/
