Is this guy an Admin? or a Poser

So here i was trying to get rid of my hammer on my noob trader...BKGeros offered 1200 jewels..so I agreed to it...then while trading he added items that we didn't talk about i.e AA swords..so then i cancelled the trade..then he started saying he will ban me ..that i'm a "scammer"..and then he said and i quote "me forum admin"...so i want to know if this guy really is an admin, if not will he get penalize for it??

he is one of those scammers ^_^ and not admin...he will tell you 960 jwls in first trade than rest in second...but after first trade he'll just take and run...i've seen him do it many times...so be cautious
