I need help (can't acess the website for mu online?

Guys, this is my situation i go on extremetop100 to check rankings and i see that Diablo Mu is on the top i really want a slow server like this one... so i go click it and then i click the Mu website then when i hit enter or any other button its bugged it says it cannot load the website. Is this for me or everyone? Got any download links/registration link to game?

I use firefox but ill try using Opera and Safari ... also i was thinking if my ip is banned or somethhing?? because of my country
