I ask about KS rule

    When i came Arena, I see only 1 guy is traning on spot. I ask him for pt. He say "no". As I read about rule KS on forum: If he traning on spot (player 1), i (player 2) came and ask for pt. If he doesn't want. I can kill monters. But he say I will be ban. So who right? He or I. I post image I printed screen. Thanks for read and anwser!

    you are correct

    if he refuses to party u when he is alone on the spot u are allowed to ks
