How to report - read before posting!!!

HOW TO REPORT RULE BREAKERS WITH SCREENSHOTS
It is important that you take appropriate screenshots. This means the maximum conversation log must be visible and legible while keeping the actual screen content partly visible.
Press F4 until the conversation window takes up the full height of the screen and alter the transparency of this window so that the writing is clear and legible, but not so that the window is fully opaque. (Maxed Chat Window)
Screenshots where very little of the conversation window is shown may be deemed inadmissible as evidence and dismissed.


To report a user abusing language please show:

The conflict that you are having with the abuser with some of the swearing he has given.

You must have the name of the abusing user on your screen somewhere so that we can see who it is, if at all possible please have your mouse over his name.
When reporting, stop leveling in order to keep the lines of chat together.
We require full or parts of the conversation that lead to the bad language. Make prints or scrool up the chat window and make prints of the dialogue.
Screen-Shots consisting in 1 or 2 lines of chat will not be taken into consideration; Unless is abussive offensive language, and obviously non-provoked.
Other exceptional situations will be evaluated by the admin team.

In order to report correctly, perform the following:

- open the chat window (the lower window that apears when pressing ENTER)
- press "Enable Chat" (the chat window apears with a small scroll bar) (or press F5 once)
- press "Resize" until the window is maxed (or press F4 three times)
- find the chat that you wish to report and make the screen-shot
- scroll the window in order to make screen-shots for more lines / reports

To take a Screen Shot (SS) simply press the Print Screen, the key next to the scroll lock, and it will save the picture taken to your folder where you have your data, main, launcher, etc files. Host these pics to http://imageshack.us/ or http://photobucket.com/ then copy the LAST link given. When you want to add it to your post, simply type and it will show in your post, OR post the picture link.
