Heart Item

I got kicked off the server just a few minutes ago for I'm guessing maintence and when I logged back on I started killing things and got a Heart which says "You can use it to add any option to an item or gain extra points. Visit www.diablo-network.com/forum."
Well has anyone else gotten one of these? And if so how exactly do I use it?

3rd: heart cant be used for the time being, so u can throw it away

ok let me put it this way: heart will never be usefull to add options etc.. as we now have the DM coins

u can keep it only if u want to give it to an elf or summoner
