GM pls help!!

im waiting ur help so long, My character is MG, username is djay11, and charater name is D-jay1 reset 37 time. pls help me to solve this problem as soon as possible....thx a lot

my item lost so many....herrican full excellent set...+9 +addition 28% +exc demage 10%....MG wings +ignore+addition??... Staff of Destruction addition rise 6+% +exc demage....exc ring and pendant so many....many got so much of exc demage 10%, reflect demage %, auto recovery 3%+4%.....soul and bless few....aiya...so much....pls help me....as soon as possible.....bcos i really take long time to get all the things.....and im very support....always vote for diablo network...pls.... thx a lots first...
