Why can not I get into my profile. Changed my password. When I try to regain gives me another password. Try it once again and it is not!
When you reset it on website did you go to email that you have for the account and follow the link? If you have done that try closing out browser and coming back to site and trying new password you chose. Here are the steps to follow to get your account password reset: 1.Log into the account for which you want to change your password 2.Choose account settings on left hand side of site 3.Enter your current password and then your new password twice 4.The site will then send an email to the account you set up the account with to verify that it is you who wants to change the password. 5.Go to your email and click the link in the email from blizzardmu. 6.Voila! You have changed your password 7.Close browser and go back into site and try logging in with new password to verify that it worked. If these steps don't work for you then you'll have to wait for Gix to help you.
Thanks for the answer, Kratos. @elf4eto, remember to write up your account name exactly the way you registered at the very begining. The username and password are CASE SENSITIVE. Example: If your account is MyAccounT, trying to login with myaccount won't work.
