    I have been waiting for nearly 2 weeks now for my items to come through i payed for.
    Ive sent 5 emails with exactly what your asking for but still nothing. ive payed for over £40 worth of items. whats taking so long?

    maybe because we didn t received any email from you ?

    Is it so hard to think and also use the livechat or PM me here in forum if you see you got no answer in less than 1 day ?

    We usually answer in few minutes and max 1 day

    Send info through PM here in forum .. and btw we are using euros and not pounds

    There s obvious smth with ur email provider because every donation that we received and no details were sent we tryed ourselfs to contact the donator

    you did get the emails because you replyed to all of them saying the same thing, tell username, transfer code and items and i have 5 times and youve replyed 5 times saying the same thing again.
    i payed in euros on paypal if you dont belive ive made a donation i can quite easyly screenshot the reciepts and anything else that would confirm my payment, just getting a little angry as ive donated about 40 euros and still dont see what ive brought.

    sorry to disrupt your anger dude.

    let me tell you my story.

    I've sent my donation thru western union and considering the time intervals we have, i am obliged to wait for like 24 hours before my donations gets verified. I sent them the exact details and you know what? in a matter of hours i got my items.

    soon as i donated i sent an email to admin@diablo-network etc, they replyed saying sent username, transfer code and items i brought, so i did, then they says send it again so i did and again and again then the last email they sent said they need to wait for the donation team to deal with it and that was about 3 days ago so i assumed that they would deal with it and id have my items, but i dont :confused:

    dude we didn t got any of your details if you don't have the items

    we have hundreds of donators and no one complained ever!

    Except a past donator that forgot to send the email and you ...



    So i m sorry but we didn t received ur username in the email ... and this isn t our fault. Either live.co.uk or yahoo smtp email system got delayed and we could t receive it

    Also item details should be sent ... exactly item name what you bought and options

    ur last email is here

    and here is the pm you sent

    And you made donation of 20e , 20e , 5 e .... and it says for set 2opt, wings lvl3 2 opt and staff2 opt ...
    But in emaik u said legendary ...and also you didn t specified options for wings so please write in pm and do so

    I've oadded the eclipse set and staff ... wings left

    and for staff i hope i guessed what you wanted to sayt ... because its wiz speed and not dmg and the last opt you men tioned"damage" could be edr, 2% or 20/lvl also dsr it s 10% not 20% d oh ... 10%/item x5

    Do not worry we are not here to scam ... after we gained 3 years of activity

    all items were added. It took a bit long with the wing as Tormention didn t gave required infos as wings opt, and some missunderstanding opt on staff
