Donation Refund requested in AUGUST - still not processed

    My last thread was moved to the archive even though the problem had not been solved.

    It has been 4 months now, and the donation set (FO+ancient Hypnoss Great Dragon) has not been refunded, and I haven't even been communicated with by any site staff for a very long time.

    Is it really that hard to tell your donators what is going on? The only real answer I got was to "be patient and wait for news" and "the coder that worked on this part is not back yet." which was 2 months ago now.

    Can somebody please tell me the real story about what is happening here? Will I ever get my set returned to me or will I just be ignored forever? I think I've waited long enough to deserve some proper communication, I'm very tired of this.

    "we've" ? You and mandolinu are the only guys having this situation and until is not solved you'll be running on exec set

    You are free to ask any donator on this server if they received their items back or not. Your thread was moved to archive since the mail is used for donations stuffs and not this.

    Having over 3000 donators you really thing we would scam you only ? let's be serious and stop acting like a kid. The problem was transfered to me and i told you to mail me from time to time since i can't stand so much informations with all the problems i've got lately + we have teamspeak ... the soft that 70% of you aren't using it coz of the thing called " being lazy " and this is usually the main contact method directly with me and not the donate/refund departament

    I don't think I'm being scammed. This is just about communication. Even now I'm not given any details of what kind of problem there is.

    The reason I haven't been asking often is because I would usually either get no reply, told to wait or be told that I'm asking too much.

    if i said something about the coder isn't obvious the problem is related to coding ? there are new ancient+exec sets, still GD is the only one that was wasn't coded due to some major changes of S5

    Since you've got no skills in coding you can't understand this and as i've told you, learn to use TS3 and contract me directly there reminding

    I don't own a microphone for TS =/

    And alright, is there any estimate on how long it will take to fix the coding for that set? It just feels like it's been so long ._.
