DDI% Harmony Opt

One question. i played on many servers. so i dont know whats true and false in that original files.

i have a item+15 and i added DDI7% when i add more i know it will turn to 0% ( 8%) then again 0% ( 9% ) does this work really here or not?

 

If u can't add more on it, I'm sure it works. The best way is to see if it's really reducing dmg from +7% to +9%. We can test it anytime you want

 

Yes but im scared, what if it not works? so i have to remove opt and hope for another DDI%3 and up it to 7%..

 

It works, i had the same problem last time i played on this server (season 6 episode 2 i think) and it was only a visual bug.
