Cyclone Skill ( BK )

Cyclone is a weapon skill not a char spell like twisting that responds much better to char stats. And the weapon skill is used on till lvl 80 and 0rr + combo combination right? U can't use it on high lvl mobs and compare with twisting while the mobs got normal defence and magic defence atributes

And seems i wasn't clear enough by not opening a thread and using the existing STICKY one?
