Crest of Monarch

    I propose to remove the Crest of monarch from Volcano.
    Delete all Crest of monarch that are in the game.
    And make them to fall into Tarkan.
    Тhen players will find a new mission, not just to tell some one to save them one crest to create cape.
    I think this is very good idea.

    Crests have always had this drop into MU servers and capes are pretty much easy to be made.
    The only way of reducing it would be to disable it completly so you cannot take it out from some certain maps and enable it into a single map only due to its own settings hard coded into the gameserver itself.

    The only workaround could be the change of drop level but this would confuse the players.
