Clear PK Status Not Working

I searched the forums for this but could not find anything. I have a problem trying to clear PK Status on webpage. Also can not add points to any characters from the website either. Even though i know i have points to add to several characters. It still states I do not have any free points to add. When it says this does it mean that i dont have say any "free" points to add from voting or just not picking up my toons from the actual server?

 

dude, if your free stat points is below 500 you cant add to website,
just add it in-game. and pkclear in website is working. like sephi
said, put your account name and charname if you have problems.
so he can fix it ASAP

I was simply stating that it could not be done not that i wanted to down the server or anything of that sort

I think this is a dang good server actually better than the actual game itself Im sorry i didnt put all my info in the thread my fault i was just stating/asking once again my fault.....
