Chaos Combination to +15 is buged !!! I need support..

Greetings to all DNG staff today i had a really bad day i were enchanting my items to +15... I made it far to +14 but when i tried to +15 i clicked the combination button and my surprise were that nothing happened my jwls and the scythe were still in the machine box and i were not able to pick then back =( so I lost my scythe is not too powerful but it's my favorite one i wonder if i will get back my weapon and if this will be fixed soon Thx for reading i will be waiting for your reply's ! keep doing the good job ..... Thx you very much test it out =) anyways I will ask to another players if they got the same issue but all the people that i ask tell me that they didn't know that the max enchant lvl is +15
