Can't login

    Help I cannot login, I was previously playing at server 1 then suddenly all movements stopped. Then i pressed alt-f4. When I relogging-in server 1 was no longer available, I tried logging in to server 2, it is saying I'm still logged-in same goes in the web, it is saying "Please log out of the game before acesing DiabloMu cpanel". Can anyone help me
