Can't acces diablo-network.com/mu

Hi, I started playing MU several days ago, but for some reason i can not acces the website to do such things as reset or vote, i got the game from my friend so i didnt even go on the website at first.
What is strange is that i can go on every link on diablo-network.com except for the mu one, it just gives me a message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" with reasons such as:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

I tried accessing the website through firefox which also did not work, but for some reason my friend can access the website in my house and told me that some of his frinds have the same problem.

Can someone please help me with this issue.

Ok, i Give up, The Proxy idea did not work,or maybe i am jsut doing it wrong...
From proxy werbsites the /mu site does not open and elite proxy switcher has a free list of proxys which do not work, to get more servers you have to pay. So I really do not know why my friend can access the site from my house, but i cant? :S

 

And also why the MU part of diablo-network is the only one i can't access?

 

Ok i found a proxy list, the one i just used works, but still the same problem firefox says 2this document contains no data", so i really dont know what it is, might be an antivirus, but even when i switch it off, the same problem occurs, looks like il have to ask my friend to vote and reset for me ...
