Bug item,,,plz help

Sir,, why my viper bow gone?,, i used it .. but when i log in again and it is gone already,, why sir?,, something wrong?,, or some BUG item??,,,sir explain and help,,, My VIPER bow= +9 luck+edr+inc damage lvl 2%+28... plz help sIr,,, my char name =yosha=

Items do not dissapear by themselves.
1: item lost in chaos machine
2: Item lost because of force exit
3: Item lost because it was duped
4: Item was a shadow
In any four cases, I am not sure it should be replaced.
Except these 4 cases items do not dissapear.

no sir,, dont have pic of my bow,,but i use viper bow for my char now,, but not the same as my bow yesterday..see my viper on my char now,,,not the same options like my bow yesterday,,,my bow yesterday have an options of,,luck+edr+inc dam lvl2%+28,,,,,if the bow totally gone,, well i accept it,, am just a human,, ill play fair.,,, thnx, and more power to ur server,,
