BL on Post, Guess Who??

i've been looking up unto the report section threads, and mostly i saw this one who loves to REPORT, REPORT and REPORT coz the pipz he reported aren't obeying Server Rules.... Come to think about it, He even did dis-obeyed server rules... here's the SS, and guess hu's that forum's most talkative member...



i suggest, i f u want to implement server rules...try not to do such drastic actions...
