All items and stat are gone!!!!!!!!!!!

i had my reset this afternoon and all my items in inventory and those am wearing are gone!!!!!!!!!!

also my stat went back to 25 stat points each .

i got 42 reset am serious dont give a reason to quit on this server.

i bring lots of player here and am fed up posting and not having answer.

am playing just to unwind to let go my stress but what happens is the other way around. it aggravates the stress that i encounter.

the worst thing is, the post i did was remove as if my post/concern is not important.

please do something about it cause am totally disappointed in ur season 3
