3RD LVL Wings?

    I'm creating 3rd lvl wings and i successfully gone through part 1.

    Even tho i had only 2% it was successful? People said that 3% is max? is that correct? how does that work?

    Now, I'm about to make the wings, and I only get 5%?? Not sure if that's max or what? I read couple guides where it says 60% max for wings, but here i get only 5% event tho i add exe Raven stick +9+8 AND exe shadow staf +9+8 ?

    Any ideas on that?

    It's a visual bug.

    The % is actually much higher than what is says for wings lvl 3 combination and feather.

    I don't think you can.

    I just load it up with as many things as i can then hope for the best ^^

    it's all about luck.

    As hint, use 380 level items upgraded +9 or more and chances will increase.

    The visual rate comes with the original client and its always been like this

    Some ally mates succeeded with 1%(1st and 2nd step) so i got feather(with 1%) and ofc at 2nd step i got 1% again and......arivederci all items and alot of jwls :)

    Remember to add more 380 lvl items and your success rate will increase a lot :)
