I've just checked logs and I can see few players constantly farming for JOG and obtaining it so you must be farming in the wrong place. JOG drops in Kalima7 from Schrikers and they can be hundred inside of the Kundun's chamber. Additionally LoT owners will start obtaining and trading more JOG too starting today.

Nice looking weapon you got there, @ZenN. Congrats! As for the player name I came across farming for jewel of guardians a lot during checking logs, it was GaGN or something like that and he did looted a good amount of them.
