Question about Grand Reset - Pendants/rings

I would know a thing: if I requesting a pendant +13+EDR+ID (or rings FO) from my MG

(Execute ;p), can I give/wear them to another char, as example my DL (Khrisna), though

vault? Or it's only a one-class item?

lol ofcourse u can whear them if their on same account, u just cant trade them
