i dont see any insult but he's defenetly spaming

Come on, he was looking to report a hacker, you should have explained to him about the security system...as for Vally, this is his first warning, he will be banned onto his next offense!

 

i see ppl "reporting" but u cant be sure if its reporting a real hacker or just flaming other player.
