u may need a screen only with u and u`r party on spot.if i remember the rulles...cause u can go on a spot and say 'no ks '' but someonelse were there first.and if he want to party u it`s ok,if not u can ks (if u can,and if u don`t have pt full).don`t know for sure,but u may need a screen with that.gl
You are right, I think something is missing from report. But is a fact that this bk (kill4fun) ksing, I have seen him sometimes too but hadn't taken the right ss for reporting him, I am sure that his luck will end someday!:smile:
