380 Items?

If I wear 380 after the reset until 380 level, will they
"work"(have effect) ? or they will only have effect after 380?

They will work as long as you dont take them off. If you remove them before 380 they will be unequipable until 380 again.

are you sure it will work?? cuz usually u wear them after reset but they dont have effect on defense or if it is a weapon they wont give you as much dmg as when you 380

 

Maybe youre thinking about your defense rate. It will always go down after a reset because it gets increased with level. Im not sure about the damage, it might be a coincidence if youre adding points as you level up.

 

ok for example i got bone blade witch is 380 lvl weapon and i got 379 lvl and i hit one monster with top dmg 100 but when i get 380 lvl i hit same monster for a 500

 

I havent seen that before, maybe you're right. The actual weapon damage and defense isnt usable until you hit the level. It might be just using your base stats + wing increase and any accessories or boosts youre using. But at least you still get the +pvp options and the ability to use the weapons skill.
